Job Summary

This position provides experience with several key Retirement Services target markets: Defined Contribution, Defined

Benefit, Terminal Funding and Investment Only. The candidate will obtain a good understanding of the various markets

including the competitive landscape and MassMutual


s key value added services. The candidate will be responsible for

creating, updating and/or improving pricing models and experience studies that support these markets.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsibilities:

Conducts sensitivity testing analysis to quantify impact of key risks

Performs model office profitability analysis

Performs experience studies to validate and/or update assumptions in pricing models

Assists with case by case new business pricing, underwriting and/or re-pricing analysis

Obtains, documents and analyzes competitive pricing data

Makes improvements in models, tools, processes and documentation

Technical skills needed:
3+ years of experience. Associate of the Society of Actuaries preferred.

Strong Access and Excel working knowledge

Visual Basic knowledge a plus
