Responsible for overall operations and financial performance for multi-unit operations. Ensure the implementation and integrity of standards, policies and procedures to deliver a positive total customer experience at all caf s. Provide leadership, direction and development to team members, leveraging individual strengths to ensure success of Company.

Must have excellent leadership skills, high volume multi-unit experience in the restaurant/food service/hospitality industry.
