ASC Clinical Coordinator

Flexible and reliable Registered Nurses needed to join the ASCOA team as Clinical Coordinators. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the nursing staff and the day to day operations of clinical services including assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and coordinating patient care to assure safe practices. The Clinical Coordinator collaborates with Pre-operative, PACU and Operating Room nurses to achieve optimum patient outcomes, oversees purchasing of surgical supplies, controlled drugs, and equipment, and coordinates staff development, orientation and staff discipline and performance evaluations.
Ideal candidate is RN with 5+ years OR experiences and 2+ years experience in ASC setting. Candidate must have management experience, excellent interpersonal skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. No weekends or holidays; excellent compensation package. EOE.
