WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this position, you will work closely with the Community Manager throughout the duration of the community and will be responsible for:

* Maintaining the functionality and vibrancy of the community
* Configuring each community based on client preferences
* Providing technical and functional support to clients during the implementation process and ongoing
* Writing and disseminating weekly communications to community members announcing what is new in the community
* Owning community building and member engagement
* Delivering content to the community
* Attending and participating in standing meetings to keep internal and client teams informed about what is going on in the community and to plan future activities
* Supporting data reporting requests
* Supporting member retention efforts, community refresh processes, and member appreciation fulfillment
* Assisting with special projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS :
DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / QUALITIES

* 1-2+ years experience in a professional setting (Research, Advertising, Media, Marketing)
* Expert use of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
* Experience with Photoshop and HTML preferred
* Amazing team interaction skills
* Excellent writing skills
* Amazing sense of humor
* A complete rockstar is required
* Fluent in written (simplified) and oral Chinese (Mandarin) and English
