The Total Retirement Representative is a promotional level for Call Center Representatives who handle all 4 business lines, have direct client contact, and handle escalated calls. To fulfill this role, the Total Retirement Representative will:
* Provide technical support and industry knowledge for newer representatives. This includes listening to and grading calls, providing on the spot feedback, and coaching tips and techniques
* Handle escalated calls, critical life event processing, and provide root cause analysis to the client
* Handle in-bound calls
Qualifications
* College Educated
* Proven technical knowledge of all Marsh & McLennan benefit programs (H&B, HR, DC, DB)
* 401(K), Pension and Health & Benefit plan experience
* PeopleSoft and Siebel experience
* Must be able to handle several applications at the same time, strong ability to handle escalated calls, and be able to manage and support the late shift when needed.
* Series 7 preferred, but not required
