Qualified candidate MUST have MEP and Infrastructure experience. Discipline specific construction manager is responsible for selecting, managing and coordinating contractors associated with delivery of specific construction disciplines for small to medium sized projects (up to $2.5MM). Coordinates Corporate Workplace projects relating to workspace initiatives that impact multiple business units, product lines or business processes. Projects require hands-on project management experience with construction projects specific to discipline. Must have intimate knowledge of construction materials, installation and inspection requirements. Project oversight may include self-managed and/or Facility Partner-managed projects. This role may also include developing key construction capabilities and/or processes that will become BAC standards in construction projects. 5-10 years of experience coordinating contractors specific to discipline or equivalent. Construction manager has knowledge and skills to identify project cost and schedule drivers and understand contractor practices to assess risk. Looking for Infrastructure and Renovation experience with a knowledge of MEP.

Please note, this is not a Civil Engineering role. Position will support small to medium sized Construction projects in 6 states around the New England/NY area. Construction Project Manager is responsible for end-to end project management associated with delivery of MEP infrastructure projects, ensuring proper project deliver that minimizes risk. Projects include mechanical, plumbing, security and electrical system installations/upgrades engineered for maximum reliability in administrative, technology and operations facilities.

Coordinates Corporate Workplace construction projects that impact multiple business units, product lines or business processes. Projects require hands-on architecture, engineering and project management skills.

Key duties and accountabilities will include but are not limited to:

- Use disciplined project management methodolgy to define scope, develop project plan, and execute projects that adhere to Tiered Facility and non Tiered Design guidelines and deliver within cost, schedule constraints.

- Strong experience and expertise utilizing project management tools in critical path scheduling, budget and estimate development, contract and change management.

-Develop robust project risk management plans to ensure timely delivery, testing and commissioning of all projects with no impact to business continuity.

-Work within cross-functional teams of facility partners, clients, contractors, and vendors to deliver critical infrastructure projects.

-Drive client satisfaction and speed to market while deliverying high quality and robust project solutions.

- 8-15 years of construction and project management experience with a strong technical background in MEP design and construction or facility engineering/managment.

- Strong leadership ability to drive to teams to achieve business results.
