As an Senior Designer at Converse, you will be responsible for bringing this unique brand to life at retail, in marketing/communications, at events, online, and in print/collateral executions. As a part of the Go-to Market team you will specifically create, direct and produce the manifestation of marketing campaigns for our key retail partners globally. You will also work closely with our Brand Communications and product merchandising teams to create marketing campaigns that facilitate the product sales process, from product review meetings to key account and sales meetings.
Additionally, you will be part of the creative team that designs and develops strategic positioning for the brand.

- You will work with the Go-to-Market Design Director to create and maintain retail marketing design strategy and branding strategy for Converse globally.
- You will work help conceptualize and direct photoshoots that reflect our brand strategy and visualize our products in an impactful way.
- You will help execute and maintain Converse Brand Visual Centers as well as seasonal guidelines for the creation of marketing campaigns by our global licensees and partners.
- Work with the international marketing team to direct and review creative, as well as assist global partners in the product sell-in process.
- You will help build and maintain key external partners for design resources.
- Provide leadership and creative direction to junior designers
- You'll stay up-to-date on trends in design, environments, music, sport, art, fashion and pop-culture in general.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Graphic Design, Architecture or Industrial Design or comparable workplace experience.
- 5-7 years of professional experience
- Experience in brand development and graphic design is essential.
- Experience with developing retail and online programs from concept to execution for a lifestyle brand is highly preferred.
- Photoshoot conceptualization and art direction experience.
- A compelling portfolio - demonstrating a range of commercial success.
- Experience directing junior designers to work independently and collaboratively within the group.
- Experience working in a virtual team setting, with business partners and vendors in other regions.
