Jobing Description
The Defined Benefit Client Consultant will provide outstanding customer service to clients by responding to inquires, researching and providing resolutions to issues, communicating implications of new technical developments in the benefits field and controlling the administrative duties connected with caseloads.
Duties will include Managing national accounts and the larger, more complex clients of ACG.
Working with Plan Administrators and Regional Offices or Brokers to assist with daily plan functions.
Assisting senior management in underwriting Defined Benefit Services by interacting with the Pricing Team; responding to DB related issues, in substance and wording for the RFP Team; and negotiating solutions that balance needs of customer and Diversified.
Qualifications
A 4 year degree or business equivalent.
5+ years pension experience.
Highly developed interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Ability to show evidence of decision making and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong PC skills and technical knowledge.
Ability to prioritize and communicate the appropriate urgency/diplomacy when researching and resolving problems.
Ability to coordinate any/all special or unique requests with Account Executives and Managers.
