Leading our efforts are our professional and dedicated team members. We are currently seeking a Director, Managed Services that will provide executive oversight to key Managed Service Accounts (MSP). This individual is accountable for developing and maintaining client relationships at the executive and regional management level as well as at the individual facility level. This role is critical in providing tactical and strategic staffing support that meets or exceeds the client's business expectations.

Responsibilities:

Manage the activities and performance of the programs success through the establishment, tracking and implementation of key performance metrics including an internal program scorecard, client facing scorecard and affiliate vendor scorecard.

Create collaborative relationships with Client executive, regional and facility level representatives to ensure all program needs, expectations and performance objectives are met in a proactive manner.

Partners with other AMN departments and divisions to develop processes and collaborative efforts that will mpact performance objectives and ensure success of the program.

Experience:

*
5-10 years managed services, staffing or industry related sales or service experience

*
3-5 years supervisory experience

*
Preferred: 3-5 years in the healthcare industry

Education:

*
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
