Jobing Description

Growing engineering firm with international clients in the utility and energy industry is seeking an Engineering & Project Development Manager.

Responsibilities include:
Organization, Administration and Supervision of Engineering and Operations personnel activities.
Supervisory responsibilities will include department and project budgets, project supervision, project schedules, (material & labor schedules), workload management, and personnel performance.
Project development through existing clients & development of strategic relationships
Client presentations and site visits

This position may require overnight travel.

Skills / Requirements

Skills Required:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Business Management
Masters in Business Management
Supervisory experience in the utility or energy industry is desirable. Working knowledge of operations management in this industries is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrate strong communications and interpersonal skills
