Engineering Manager

Use your technical management expertise to direct all activities within the engineering
department, including (4) product design teams and advanced development. You will be
responsible for developing innovative concepts and solutions, as well as reviewing and
approving new designs and changes. You will be accountable for product quality, project
schedule, and cost goals, as well as compliance to our ISO engineering process. This is a
very hands-on position and requires strong multidisciplinary engineering skills to tackle
diverse design issues, along with the project management and interpersonal skills to
succeed in a team-driven, customer-focused environment.

To meet the challenge, you should possess the following qualifications:

* BS EE / ME Degree
* At least 8 Years experience in engineering activities,
with management experience preferred
* Track record of successful projects, completed on schedule
* Ability to lead mechanical, electrical, and software design activities
* Electronic packaging experience
* Excellent technical and communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Experience in agency certifications, design for manufacture and test
* Project management experience required, including generating project plans,
chairing design reviews, and meeting project cost targets.
