Individual responsible for all aspects of the maintenance of building plumbing systems in a large office, manufacturing and laboratory facility. Individual responsibilities include but are not limited to preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and installation of both large and small systems including boilers, pumps, pure water systems and air compressors. Individual will also be required to perform pipefitting tasks which could include repairs to existing systems or new installations.

Responsibilities

* Responsible for all aspects of the maintenance of building plumbing systems
* Will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and installation of both large and small plumbing systems
* Will perform pipefitting tasks which could include repairs to existing systems, building renovations, or new construction

Qualifications

* Must possess a valid Massachusetts Master Plumbers license
* Must possess a valid Master or Journeyman Pipefitter license
* A Sprinkler fitter license a plus but not required
* Must be skilled at soldering and brazing
* Experience with gas condensing boilers required
* Experience installing clean copper piping for inert gases required
* Must be proficient in reading construction documents and laying out small and large plumbing jobs in the facility
* Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
* People skills a must
