Requirement:

Primary Responsibilities, Tasks & Deliverables:*

* Direct Support for Product Development/Design Engineering activities.
* Establish Process Development Documentation All manufacturing processes.
* Manufacturing Equipment Specification & Design.
* Tooling Specification & Design.
* Interact with outside equipment & tooling suppliers to ensure specification/requirements are met.
* Provide Technical support for maintenance activities.
* Interact with test lab on process/product qualification activities.
* Support Transfer of manufacturing processes to alternate manufacturing locations.

Job Requirements/Experience Necessary*

* Engineering or Engineering Technology degree required, BSME or BSEE preferred.
* Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in a high mix manufacturing environment or 3 to 5 years wire & cable manufacturing experience.
* 2 to 4 years CAD Experience.
* Knowledge of materials used in the manufacture of wire & cable is required.
* Knowledge of Extrusion process and/or Cabling process is beneficial.

* Capable of managing a high number of tasks at any one time.
* Able to be self motivated and respond with little direction.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
