Mortgage Loan Officers

Under the management of the Vice President of Mortgage Origination, you will be responsible for selling and originating residential mortgage products and Home Equity products, using initiative and imagination in finding and developing new sources of business. You will network and develop relationships with real estate professionals, builders and other business referral sources, determine and recommend appropriate loan product(s) to meet the customer s needs, while servicing existing mortgage customers. Additionally you will cross sell other bank products and services and meet established loan production goals.

Qualified candidates will possess a college degree along with a minimum of three years of outside mortgage banking sales experience. Strong knowledge of mortgage financing and mortgage programs along with a proven business development and sales skill is a must. Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills are required as well as the ability to travel freely is also required.
