Job Description
The Program Supervisor is responsible for the residential component of a 20-bed male secure treatment program, funded through the Department of Youth Services. The Program Supervisor provides leadership and support for fulltime and relief staff, who are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the youth in secure treatment. The Program Supervisor works closely with the Program s Assistant Director and other program management to ensure that protocols, procedures, policies and clinical milieu are followed, and to plan for the program s continued success in the future. The Program Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of Senior Counselors. The Program Supervisor primarily works evening hours and one weekend day each week. The Program Supervisor participates on a team to provide the program with a 24-hour, 7-day a week emergency response. The Program supervisor is a 40-hour salaried position, that requires extra hours based on the needs of the program.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field strongly preferred;
2 years experience working with troubled adolescents; previous supervisory experience
Valid Massachusetts driver s license, registered and insured car required for employment use, as needed; able to pass CORI background check
