process and drives for showcasing MMRS positioning for each opportunity to increase sales success.

Job Summary

Answering questions within RFPs showcasing MassMutual Retirement Services capabilities. This position reviews RFPs to

understand key issues for the opportunity, discuss the opportunity with the sales rep and sales consultant to have a clear

understanding of the needs and positioning for the RFP. this role answers the RFP pulling applicalbe marketing pieces to

enhance thequestions and provides a 100% print ready document to be delivered to the advisor. This is a cricitcal role in the

RFP process. The successful candidate will possses a strong knowledge of the Retirment business, strong writing skills with

a sales drive who is comfortable working with various associates across Retirement Services.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

-Strong writing skills and attention to detail is required

-Knowledge of PMAPS a plus

-Retirement product knowledge is critical for this position

- Ability to assist with pulling in resources while adhering to strict timelines

This position will require the associate to comply with MassMutual's Investment Advisory Code of Ethics ("Code") pursuant to

SEC rules and regulations. In accordance with Code provisions, you may be required to disclose, among other things,

personal securities accounts (including household members) and investment transactions directed by you or members of

your household. MassMutual Corporate Compliance may also need to obtain duplicate trade confirmations and account

statements from applicable brokers for monitoring purposes. In addition, you will need to make disclosures required by Form

ADV.
