Working as a Mobility Sales Executive 2, you will be responsible for generating new business, account penetration, account retention and account growth in an assigned set of accounts and/or territory.  The Mobility Sales Team implements solution-based sales strategies that uncovers new business opportunities and manages account growth within the AT&T Premier Client Group.  The Premier Client Group is a diverse client base inclusive of large enterprise customers as well as mid-market businesses and organizations (Fortune 5000 to 500).  You will handle accounts that have total billed revenues in excess of $5,000,000.

 
Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business within an assigned account base.
  • Sell complex voice and data solutions to existing customers and prospects across multiple locations, utilizing a solutions selling strategy.
  • Identify data needs through thorough understanding of customer business operations and develop comprehensive data and voice solutions to meet the needs of the client
  • Partner with other sellers as part of an account management team.
  • Plan and manage assigned accounts to maximize potential
  • Drive business to most cost effective fulfillment channel and maximize most cost-effective channel options for sales fulfillment
  • Prepare and present professional corporate business proposals and executive presentations
  • Obtain and exceed desired results in account growth, data penetration and revenue targets
  • Build and foster meaningful business relationships, and internal partnerships, based upon an account management team model
  • Ensure high quality customer satisfaction and retention
  • Incorporate all applicable sales stimulation strategies, programs, and other targeting contacts, e.g. cold calling, prospecting, networking, and market knowledge
  • Submit daily and weekly call reports for prospects and existing account coverage including sales forecast to Sales Manager

Skills / Requirements

Required Qualifications:


  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
  • Three years of Business-to-Business Sales Experience (B2B), utilizing a solutions selling strategy
  • One year of wireless sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to develop business relationships with high level clients and decision-makers  in a corporate structure
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiating and closing skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Valid Drivers License, and a clean driving record

  • Industry knowledge
  • Knowledge of AT&T Mobility service offerings, systems and infrastructure
  • Demonstrated ability to function effectively as part of an Account Management Team
