Provides support to the Senior Program Manager in the administration of the terms and conditions of the contract for managing public school, and Municipal Construction Projects on behalf of the Owner in Massachusetts.

* Ability to effectively manage and market Program/Project Management Services to potential and existing clients
* Experience in Managing K-12 and Municipal Projects in MA ranging from $5m to $85m
* Manages the contract change process including monitoring and tracking changes and claims resolution and coordinates with project team members on the identification of Change Requests to be incorporated into Change Orders.
* Reviews Application for Payments and project correspondence to the Contractor and Design Team for conformance with contractual requirements.
* Reviews RFIs that request clarification of contractual requirements.
* Manages contractual closeout to ensure all administrative and contractual requirements are met.
* Ability to effectively and efficiently project a professional image
* Possess the ability to work independently in difficult and complex tasks
* Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate and communicate
* Able to read and interpret general documents, such as project reports, internal and external communications
* Must possess ability to format and communicate general correspondence (internal and external) reports
* Must possess ability to organize and prioritize workload
* Scheduling and estimating experience a plus.
* We are looking for someone with strong communication skills and client focused
* LEED AP a plus but not required

Basic and Required Qualifications:
* Minimum years of experience: 15 years
* Education required: BS or BA Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
* Registrations/Certifications preferred: MCPPO for Architects and OPMs, MA Construction Supervisor's License
* Special considerations, specific technical experience, skills, etc.: see above

Additional and Preferred Qualifications:
* Education preferred: Additional years of relevant experience
* Registrations/Certifications preferred: LEED AP, PMI, CCM, AIA, PE
* Years experience preferred: 15'20 years

* This position does requires travel. Travel amount is negligible.
* A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required for this position.
* This position does manage others.
