Superintendent
A.J. Martini, Inc. is currently requesting resumes from candidates qualified for the position of Superintendent. The candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience as a superintendent, preferably with significant experience in the healthcare sector.
The candidate must have experience with both new construction and renovation and hold an ABC Boston License. The candidate should have a four year degree in construction management, civil engineering or equivalent field experience. Our superintendents report directly to the Project Manager. They are problem solvers and excellent communicators, have a strong sense of urgency, very organized, able to document changes/requests, have demonstrated ability to effectively execute a safety program, can support Martini's extraordinary expectations for quality, know when to ask for help, able to effectively manage subcontractors and our laborers/carpenters/field engineers to meet project milestones, very computer literate with the ability to create and update construction schedules using Primavera SureTrak. LEED AP a plus.
