RQTS: MA or foreign equiv in Math, Econ, Finance, or rel + 4 yrs exp in job or rel in corp dvlpmt role w/in biopharma indust. Must have 4 yrs exp w/: Providing strategic advice on M&A & licensing transactions; Assessing & executing transactions from conceptual ideas through transaction closing. Annual base salary ranges from $189,735.00 - $258,963.00. May vary dep on mult indiv factors incl loc, knowl, skills & exp. ST incentive bonus opp; elg to part in equity-based LT incentive prg.
