Job Description

Manager, Supply Chain Operations - Electrochem Solutions, Inc. Duties are: monitor preparation of master schedules, production schedules, & coordinate the sales & operations planning effort in facility; manage inventory management initiatives; establish production schedules, & devise methods & SOPs to achieve effective & efficient movement of materials & finished goods while maintaining minimum inventory investment; Plan for Every Part (PFEP) strategy and implementation; monthly and quarterly material analysis to align Production Plans, EOL & Stranger Model material analysis, market standardization & respond to material gate calls to contain outages & root cause; ensure Planning Associates maintain Item Master Data accuracy in Oracle ERP to support the Kanban workbench & MRP planning processes in Oracle; responsible for purchasing execution process at the site; ensure the site & site buyers are following Integer Purchasing polices with respect to purchase order approval & maintenance; ensure buyers work with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies; ensure Enterprise Supplier Management (SMP) processes are followed at the site & tie to site level procedures; act as the liaison between operations & customer service to ensure orders are accurate & on-time delivery is met; collaborate with Enterprise Supply to identify, analyze, & resolve potential supply chain gaps & changes that may impact customer demands. Position requires Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field and 6 yrs exp. in related occupation that included 5 yrs exp with managing demand forecasting & capacity planning (ability to analyze customer orders and identify material needs and develop production output schedule); identifying process issues & lead process improvement changes; Lean Manufacturing Experience and 2 yrs exp with preparing and communicating summary reports of order fulfillment, and safety stock on a regular basis; Plan for Every Part (PFEP) strategy & implementation; managing purchasing operations; & Battery technology - inclusive of purchasing knowledge of battery components.
